Strangford Lough and Lecale Partnership

Elm House Creative contacted me about taking portraits of the nice people who live and work around Strangford Lough. Strangford Lough and Lecale Partnership were developing a touring exhibition which focuses on the issues effecting the Lough area. The portraits were taken in a studio set up in Portaferry and feature a cross section of the local community. Rachel from Elm House Creative then integrated elements from the natural environment onto the images to provide a unique and striking showcase for the area.

Total Mobile 5 launch

Total Mobile has launched the 5th generation of their unique prepackaged mobile applications platform which focuses on field force automation. I produced a short video which highlights the features of the new product and explains what that means to the end user.

Spantherm - Creagh Concrete

Spantherm is a new product from Creagh Concrete, working along side designer Jonny Miller I took a range of images at different sites showing the product being installed. The images have been used to create a brochure and other promotional material through out the UK and Ireland.

CAFRE - Greenmount and Loughry Campus

CAFRE required new images of their Greenmount and Loughry campus to be used in their new prospective and other marketing material. All design work will be carried out by the nice people at Pierce Communications.

Harland & Wolff Headquarters Building and Drawing Offices

I have had the privilege of exhibiting an new body of work at the Ulster Hall. The exhibition features a series of photographs that document the Harland and Wolff Headquarters and Drawing Offices that closed in 1989 and soon fell into disrepair. The building is steeped in history. Not only did Harland and Wolff employ around 35,000 people at its peak but some of the world’s most famous ships were designed in the Drawing Office and build in the yard.

The most famous of these is the RMS Titanic, and this exhibition is part of Titanic celebrations planned at the Ulster Hall in 2012. The building is soon to be renovated and it was important to document the building before it was altered from its original purpose.

Grand Opera House - Staff Portraits

The Grand Opera House recently underwent a major rebrand. They required new staff portraits for profile sections on their website. The Grand Opera House is a fun and creative place and the portraits needed to portray this. All the images were shot on location during a very busy one day shoot. It’s not everyday you get to cover a floor and person in popcorn.

NMNI - What’s on Guide

There’s going to be a lot of focus on the Titanic this year and the January to June 2012 What’s on Guide started things off. NMNI have a fantastic new exhibit featuring all things Titanic and ship building in Belfast. They required a portrait on a visitor guide and young boy examining one of the many models on display. A bit of a challenge because all the models were inclosed in glass cases.

Bryson Recycling - Kerb-Sort

Bryson Recycling have developed a new kerb side sorting vehicle with specialists RomaQuip. The vehicle has the ability to sort and compress the recyclable material on the road side - very high tech stuff ! Bryson required a collection of images to promote the new vehicle, design work carried out by Jonny Miller.
